Initial Discovery Call
The initial discovery call is the first contact we have with you. We want to get to know all about you, your family, and your career thus far. In addition, we’ll gather your short-term and long-term goals and see how we can help you meet those goals. This is your chance to ask The Firm Enterprise owners any questions you may have and for us to tell you all about our vision and goals. At the end, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting, so you can get to know us even better.
Get to Know The Firm Family
Here at Real Estate at The Firm, we are all one family. We support each other and cheer each other on, while helping everyone to meet their goals and vision. During this phase, you’ll get to speak with other real estate franchise Partners, agents, and clients of The Firm, so you can hear for yourself their experience and thoughts on The Firm. We encourage everyone to give their honest opinion, so you can hear the good and the challenges of working with our real estate partnership.
Training
Once you decide to take the next step and partner with us as a real estate franchisee, we’ll prepare the paperwork. You’ll receive and review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and receive a business plan template for your new real estate brokerage. Then, training will begin. During this phase, you’ll meet in-person for two whole days of training, learning the ins and outs of The Firm and some of the keys to success. This is your chance to get all of your questions answered and get off on the right foot. This training is complementary and included as part of the onboarding process of new real estate agents at The Firm.
Grand Opening and Ongoing Support
As a new real estate brokerage agent at Real Estate at The Firm, know that you will have ongoing support whenever you need it. We understand that it can be a lot starting out, and all of our real estate agents have been where you stood. They are willing to help you in any way they can. Once you are ready, it’s Grand Opening time, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that you’re a part of The Firm family.
